Birth Support
For families expecting a baby - first time or family expanders welcome! With this package, you’ll have me as your doula every step of the way, guiding you through your pregnancy, birth and the early days of motherhood. I’ll provide evidence-based, practical and empowering support to help you make the best choices for you.
What’s included?
2 x antenatal sessions: preparing you fully for birth, postpartum and early motherhood.
1 x postnatal planning session: helping you feel confident as your step into your new role.
Hypnobirthing integrated through our sessions: as a qualified hypnobirthing instructor, this will be integrated throughout, and you will also have access to Birth Prep In A Box materials.
On-call support from 38–42 weeks: 24/7 availability plus my full attendance at your birth.
Continuous WhatsApp support: daily reassurance and guidance (9am–6pm) for up to 4 weeks after birth.
1 x postnatal support session: ideally between days 3–5, when you need extra care the most.

Package One: Wrap Around
Package Two: Wrap Around Plus
For families who want a dedicated doula throughout their pregnancy and birth, plus a gentle landing into postpartum and motherhood. You’ll get everything as part of my wrap around package, plus 36 hours of postnatal support at a discounted rate. These hours can be used towards any of my postnatal & night support offerings. Package Three: Shared Care Doula Support
For families who want expert guidance and support, personalised to your needs, with the added bonus that you’ll get two doulas instead of one! This includes everything from my Wrap Around package with the added value of a team approach. We will share your antenatal sessions so you can get to know us both really well, with us both going on call for your labour and birth, taking shifts to ensure you have fully energised, round the clock companionship from us.
What’s included?
Everything from my Wrap Around package, with both myself and my partner doula delivering sessions together, going on call, and attending your birth on an agreed rota schedule.
We can also discuss adding postnatal and/or night support to the package.
